Intelligent MAN Integration

Before building MAN EDI maps, collect the trading partner guide, required transaction sets, communication details, test scenarios, partner identifiers, sample files and the target system that will receive or send each document. This is especially important for all product and supply-chain industries where partner requirements can affect downstream teams.

Barcode labels and ASN processing should be aligned so the receiving team can match physical cartons to EDI shipment data. For MAN, this usually means testing label values, shipment references and the 856 ASN together.

The number of test cycles for MAN EDI depends on document complexity, partner feedback and integration readiness. Simple flows may need fewer cycles, while ASN, warehouse, label or transportation workflows often require more testing.
